2. After you complete your order, our Woof Artists will draw your pet by hand, and we will carefully engrave this image on the jewelry you choose.

3. We carefully pack your piece of personalized jewelry. And with that it is already on its way to your home!

Do you only draw dogs?

Can I shower with the jewelry?

The materials are made from genuine 925 Sterling Silver from Italy.
This allows us to offer allergy-safe pieces that aren’t prone to discolor, rust or other types of water damage thanks to our advanced plating process.

Can I see a preview?

Our small team tries our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, which is why we can only offer previews to 14k customers. Due to the additional workload it would be impossible to provide this service to every customer. But no worries! We will definitely reach out in case your picture is hard to draw.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All the orders are collected and prepared for delivery in the shortest time possible, normally within 24 hours from the order confirmation email. Deliveries all across North America are carried out by DHL Express and in Europe with DPD, depending on the country of destination the delivery can take from 2 to 5 working days starting from the day of receipt of the order confirmation email.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Exchanges are accepted if the product came broken, justified dissatisfaction with the outcome or if the wrong product was shipped. Contact us via email support@woofpalace.net with an explanation and photos. This service can be requested within the 30-day warranty period.
