Deliveries all across North America are carried out by DHL Express and in Europe with DPD, depending on the country of destination the delivery can take from 2 to 5 working days starting from the day of receipt of the order confirmation email.

Even though leather products age in their individual way over time and tell their own story, proper care is absolutely recommended for the longest possible life expectancy.

For cleaning the leather, a cloth moistened with water in combination with gentle rubbing is adequate. Afterwards, the remaining moisture should be absorbed with a dry cloth.

Important: Neither the collar nor the leash should be treated with harsh cleaning agents or exposed to intensive, prolonged contact with water, e.g. bathing or swimming. Intensive contact with water, especially salt water, may cause discolouration.

The dog leash are made of ethically sourced cow leather and wrapped with high quality jacquard fabric. The hardware is manufactured in zinc alloy.
