How it works

1. Click on "Upload Photo Here" and upload your favorite image of your pet. You can engrave the backside of the pendant with a personalized name as well.

2. After you complete your order, our Woof Artists will draw your pet by hand, and we will carefully engrave this image on the jewelry you choose.

3. We carefully pack your piece of personalized jewelry. And with that it is already on its way to your home!

Do you only draw dogs?

No, we do all animals! ? We love the diversity of our customers' pets and the special bond they share. That's why we offer our timeless keepsakes to all pet lovers. Whether you have a cat, hamster, ginuea pig, bird, snake, fish or spider - We will immortalize your most precious bestie.

Can I shower with the jewelry?

The materials are made from genuine 925 Sterling Silver from Italy.
This allows us to offer allergy-safe pieces that aren’t prone to discolor, rust or other types of water damage thanks to our advanced plating process.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All the orders are collected and prepared for delivery in the shortest time possible, normally within 24 hours from the order confirmation email. Deliveries all across North America are carried out by DHL Express and in Europe with DPD, depending on the country of destination the delivery can take from 2 to 5 working days starting from the day of receipt of the order confirmation email.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Exchanges are accepted if the product came broken, dissatisfaction with the outcome or if the wrong product was shipped. To inquire an exchange email support@woofpalace.net with an explanation and photos. This service can be requested within the 30-day warranty period.
