Cancellation policy within 24h
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancelling their order and getting a full refund if the revocation occurs within 24 hours after ordering. In order to cancel your order, write an email to hello@woofpalace.net stating the order number and the reason of cancellation.
Cancellation policy within 48h
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancelling their order and getting a 70% refund after cancelling within 48 hours. We take a 30% cancellation fee for the cancellation and compensation of labor and material cost.
Cancellation policy after 48h
Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Woofpalace, we cannot offer returns. Your piece of jewelry is hand drawn and crafted with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
Lost packages
Woofpalace is not responsible for lost and damaged packages. If the package got lost or damaged please contact your local shipping company.
30 Day Warranty
If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of receiving the items because the product has broken or has quality defects, you are entitled to a free exchange as long as you send us proof of the breakage to this email address:
hello@woofpalace.net. The product is completely free for the customer but the shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Products that break after the 30-day warranty has expired cannot be exchanged, as we cannot determine if the jewelry has been mishandled or if it is a defect on our part. In this case, please contact your local jeweler to see if they can help you.

Satisfaction guarantee
Exchanges are accepted if the product came broken, dissatisfaction with the outcome or if the wrong product was shipped. To inquire an exchange email hello@woofpalace.net with an explanation and photos. This service can be requested within the 30-day warranty period.
