Make sure the whole face is in frame

The right distance is key for the perfect picture for your personalized engraving. For 1 on 1 reference, we recommend having the whole face, with all outlines of the head / the area you want visible, so we can accentuate those details in the best way possible. 

Sunlight is our preference 

The right lighting is important so we are able to see as much of the pets face as possible. Our goal is that you can recognize your bestie right away! 

All photos are great for us 

In case your little angel isn’t with you anymore, you can also send us the best picture you can find, and the Woofpalace Team will do its magic and make the best out of it. With those types of orders, we also offer Previews for those who aren’t sure, just let us know in the order notes. 

Attention horse riders  

When it comes to horses, please make sure to send us a picture with a good side profile and not a frontal shot, as those pictures aren’t that great to really get a glimpse of their beautiful mane.
